We are looking for an Experienced Customer Success Manager to work with our Enterprise customers to drive business value through the use of our cloud platforms. You will play a meaningful role in engaging with customers to provide our real-world expertise to quickly realize the value of our solutions.
Drives the solution strategy, prioritizes the solution deliverables and capabilities. Defines and communicates the core solution strategy and key differentiators and solution roadmap. Working as a liaison with key customers from early engagement, communicates customer requirements to the product teams and works with the Product Owners to ensure successful delivery and measurable success. Identifies new business opportunities and growth trends: new markets, channels & geographies. Prepares and Deliver product demonstrators, defines product/solution pricing and packaging. Additionally, works with product teams and product Marketing to develop sales collateral and customer references while actively seeking to establish technology partnerships.
You’ll join our Customer Success team and will be responsible for creating new programs for onboarding, adoption and customer success with XaaS solutions. You will have the opportunity to help build this from the ground up and play a meaningful role in setting and driving the coordination of our customer success programs.
You will provide end-to-end project management and support the team to design, develop, plan and implement XaaS digital adoption programs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, smooth operation and evaluations of programs, managing and delivering them within quality, time and budget requirements.
You’ll join our Customer Success team to direct, manage, write and edit crisp, actionable content that adheres to voice and brand guidelines and helps our external and internal customers readily engage with support and success calls to action. This a new role and an opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the organization to identify, plan and manage the development of content across a variety of types including micro-copy, web, email, technical, video scripts, presentations and other types of documentation.
As the Technical Product Manager, you will be a member of the Simulation & Test Solutions (STS) Product Management team responsible for the product management and application support for the “Teamcenter Simulation” product area focused on the “1D System Simulation” domain.
