Siemens DISW is looking for an innovative and creative Knowledge Manager to be an active contributor to our product and customer support strategy. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the continual development, deployment and strategic vision of the Simcenter 3D knowledge base within the internal CRM system and the external facing Support Center. The role will include assisting in promoting the use of Support communities, maintaining its relevance, and developing intelligence reports and analysis of article use etc for provision to senior management. Key areas of analysis include identification of popular articles, deflection rates, and related information as needed.

As a PreSales Solution Engineer (SE) on the Mendix PreSales team, you are a critical part of making the team successful. You work with Sales and Solution Architects to build low-code apps that highlight our product value and key differentiators. You work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and execute on those using your skills in system architecture and development.
As a PreSales Solution Engineer with Mendix you are a “maker” who understands our customers. You will be responsible for partnering with our Strategic Account Executives and Solution Architects to demonstrate the value of the Mendix platform. Solution Engineers spend most of their time building with our low-code platform, and they combine this with some customer-facing activities to support sales efforts.
