Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close process for Customer and Rep equipment, environmental, and commissions programs to ensure proper accounting in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to review operational compliance, tracking, and payments related to Customer and Rep equipment, Environmental, and Commissions programs
- Support the Commercial Finance Manager in ensuring appropriate Revenue Recognition in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Perform SOX control processes within assigned areas of responsibility; actively identify any gaps and/or new controls required
- Complete account reconciliations and flux analysis as part of the month-end close process
- Support FP&A in forecasting of commercial programs
- Support annual audit process within assigned areas of responsibility
- Primary liaison between the Controllership team and Commercial contacts where needed
Physical Demands:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Outstanding communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to resolve complex issues, collaborating with other departments when necessary
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative to define and resolve problems
- Displayed sense of ownership around responsibilities and outcomes
- Must be flexible, able to easily adapt, and be motivated by constant change
- Experience with major ERPs; NetSuite and/or SalesForce knowledge a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of agricultural industry is a plus
