Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The SenseHub® Beef Cattle Monitoring Customer Success Summer Intern will be a field-based position located in Texas, Kansas, Nebraska or Iowa. The intern will serve as an Ambassador for our SenseHub® beef monitoring products and gain exposure to our 3 unique customer facing teams. This position will be a field-based customer success role working closely with our Customer Success Specialists, as well as sales representatives and management teams.

The intern will provide added value to our company’s customers in beef monitoring. The intern will interact with customers to gain firsthand implementation, training, consulting, and analytical experience. The job scope and primary focus for this position is to actively support the consultative and onboarding strategy for new clients across the territory via coordination and execution of customer success’ consulting and training activities. These activities include face-to-face and virtual interactions, new customer installations, post sales training and other administrative tasks that are the expectations of our representatives to drive onboarding and rapid implementation of the technology with clients within the territory. The intern will also be involved in logistical support for market field trials assisting Research & Development and Tech Services, providing clear, concise and timely communication, and problem identification.

As a Beef Monitoring Customer Success Intern in our Animal Health Division, you will be required to rent a car. Candidates must be 20 years of age or older at the start of the internship to meet the necessary criteria to obtain a rental car agreement through our rental car provider.

Applications for this position will be reviewed at the end of October. Interviews will begin in early November.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Candidate must be enrolled in any Bachelor’s degree program with focus on production agriculture, animal science, agribusiness or ag technology.
  • Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of college course work by May 2026
  • Candidate must be available for a period of 11-12 weeks beginning May 18th, 2026.
  • Candidate must be able to travel up to 50 – 75% and reside in the selected state during the internship.
  • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
  • Candidate must have general computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to use an iPad.
  • Candidate must have the ability to be organized, adapt to a changing environment and work independently.
