Job Description

Position Overview

This globally focused role drives partner technical readiness and accelerates revenue growth by orchestrating high impact enablement programs for the Siemens Software partner ecosystem. The position transforms partner presales and technical teams into confident advocates for cloud based industrial software solutions.

Working autonomously (with guidance from the Global Team) with global scope, the successful candidate makes fast decisions on program priorities, serves as subject matter expert to Global Learning and Development teams on Partner requirements and needs, and coordinates energizing enablement experiences that partners value. This position demands someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly from concept to execution, and gets energized by connecting with people across cultures and time zones.

The role delivers immediate results as partners apply training to win deals and grow their business with Siemens. This is a remote position with flexibility around global partner needs, requiring travel up to 30% for partner meetings, events, and conferences, and flexibility for early morning or evening meetings to support partners across time zones.

• Engage directly with partner technical leaders to understand their business goals and tailor enablement requirements to their needs.

• Build strong working relationships across organizational boundaries to get things done efficiently.

Make Things Happen Globally

• Manage multiple priorities across time zones without losing momentum or missing commitments.

• Adapt quickly when business priorities shift or new opportunities emerge.

• Travel to partner locations, regional events, and industry conferences to deliver enablement and build relationships.

• Represent Siemens at partner technical forums and establish visibility as an accessible resource.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, with experience in technical presales, solution consulting, technical account management, or similar roles, preferably with experience working with channel partners in partner-facing roles.

• Proven track record delivering technical training programs with high participant satisfaction and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Deep technical knowledge of SaaS delivery models, cloud infrastructure, subscription business fundamentals, PLM solutions, enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and security concepts.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to tell compelling stories, build relationships across cultures, and guide teams without formal authority.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, manage multiple priorities across global time zones, learn new technologies quickly, and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

• Commitment to results-driven delivery, ownership and follow-through on commitments, attracting and collaborating with teams, influencing without authority, and navigating ambiguity effectively.
