The Customer Support Engineer (CSE) is responsible for responding to customer issues across our Wdesk and Wdata platforms. Support consists of troubleshooting issues with customers, identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding the customer through corrective steps. A key component of this position will consist of providing technical and functional support to customers over the phone, chat or case management. A CSE provides product information and resolves most administrative and product problems which our customers face. They are responsible for owning the customer experience and improving our ability as a business to support their dynamic needs.

The User Researcher is highly skilled in a range of research methods, with significant experience conducting research to understand user needs, motivations and behaviors. User Researchers design studies and solicit feedback from internal and external users, through testing and customer behavior research, that aids in the design and improvement of products. Testing can be qualitative or quantitative and is performed throughout all phases of the development project, from conception to implementation. User Researchers analyze feedback and work with Software Engineers, Product Managers and members of the User Experience team to apply it to innovative, usable, great-looking products that people want to use.

As a Senior Accountant at Workiva, you will have an opportunity to leverage your accounting experience to be an expert on our Revenue team. You will accomplish this by analyzing ASC 340-40 on cost associated with customer contracts to help make informed decisions. This includes performing contract cost reviews and reviewing complex sales agreements under ASC 606 guidelines. You will also help uncover potential revenue recognition risk and contract cost for nonstandard terms and structure during RFP contract negotiations. In order to hit the ground running as a key member of our Revenue team, we’d be looking for expertise in both revenue recognition and cost of contract.
