Technical Support Representative


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support and customer service for customers via telephone or email
  • Gain expert knowledge through study, support and training on Ag Leader products
  • Process orders and document product and customer information
  • Provide input for continual improvement and development in a team environment
  • Assist Support Specialists with review of technical documents and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Two-year degree in related Agricultural or technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using a computer system to perform daily tasks
  • Understanding of basic electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and effectively communicate any problems encountered in daily work
  • Background in production agriculture preferred with aptitude for hardware and software technical systems
  • Previous customer service or in-field support experience preferred
