Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding technical support and customer service for customers via telephone or email
- Gain expert knowledge through study, support and training on Ag Leader products
- Process orders and document product and customer information
- Provide input for continual improvement and development in a team environment
- Assist Support Specialists with review of technical documents and presentations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two-year degree in related Agricultural or technical field or equivalent work experience
- Experience using a computer system to perform daily tasks
- Understanding of basic electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and effectively communicate any problems encountered in daily work
- Background in production agriculture preferred with aptitude for hardware and software technical systems
- Previous customer service or in-field support experience preferred
