Spring 2021 – Sales Training Intern


The Field Readiness Intern supports the transition to new platforms, helps coordinate sales meetings, and reaches training techniques in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Support organization of events – quarterly sales meetings, new hire trainings, and certification trainings
  • Assist in compiling usage reports, track course completions and content usage
  • Import, update and track LMS learning modules
  • Research new training techniques
  • Assist with coordination of sales quarterly meetings
  • Work closely with other teams in the company including legal, marketing, and sales operations to build relationships and learn industry standards

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Experience managing projects, a plus
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program
