Our “RC Linux” team creates project-specific Embedded Linux Distributions using standardized processes and tools, to allow for rapid development, easy collaboration, alignment with open source development methods and to enable product-line development of avionics equipment.

This year’s RC Linux SEPP project ” Hardware modeling of the next gen Connected Ecosystem router for DevSecOps virtual platforms” picks up from a previously developed prototype model and aims to build C-Based models that mimic the FPGA feature set. This will allow for rapid integration of new kernels against behavioral models, which is expected to reduce both development time and cost in the dynamic Connected Ecosystem environment. As part of this SEPP activity, we expect to create a demo to do a side-by-side comparison of data flows on real hardware versus the virtual platform.
