Scrum Master – Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• • Work with team members to uncover obstacles to team delivery and improvement, track them, and engage the necessary people to remove them
  • Coach a team in their development process, using Scrum as a framework and guiding them to what works best for the team
  • Facilitate team meetings
  • Help the team and product owner maintain a properly groomed and prioritized backlog
  • Use conflict resolution methods to help ensure a happy and healthy Scrum team

Qualifications and Skills

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited academic institution, ideally in a technical field (e.g. Engineering, IT)
  • 3+ years’ experience in product development focused on software products in any position on a team
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • 1+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
  • Additional areas of interest
    • Understanding or experience in programming languages
    • Experience with agriculture, particularly row-crop agriculture
    • Experience with project management techniques
    • Experience pulling together data from various sources and analyzing it
