JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the sales team by receiving and distributing sales leads according to deployment from various lead sources and ensuring that Sales Managers respond in a timely manner. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones, assembles and disseminates event order information, prepares sales files. Assist managers in turning down leads, assisting with travel plans, disseminating travel information, managing calendars and meeting requests, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years customer service or sales experience
  • Strong writing, editing, business letter format skills
  • Office administration skills including phones, copiers, fax, personal computer, and calculator
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently
