McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Infusion Nurse/Department Manager for it’s Fort Dodge office.  Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: coordination and management of specific clinical area(s). The management goal is to assure that departments are structured and operating to provide quality patient care in a cost effective manner. Management and other duties include patient care and patient relations, staff supervision, physician support operations and system monitoring, development and monitoring of budget, patient education planning and department projects and planning in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Values and Promise.


  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an appropriate level of professional training.


  • Possession health-related license or certification, as required.
  • Possession of a State Registered Nurse license.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
  • Mandatory Reporting of Dependent Adult and Child Abuse

Days: Monday – Friday with evenings and weekends.

Hours: Varies 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with evening and weekends hours.


  • Previous hospital or clinic experience.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
