You will help to develop solutions that turns data into meaningful information and ultimately helps to grow more food with fewer resources. We are currently seeking a Digital Enablement Lead (DEL) in the Iowa/Illinois/Nebraska/Minnesota territory. As a DEL you will drive adoption of Digital systems to deliver success and to enhance the customer experience across internal audiences in Marketing Operations, Seed Sales Service Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will help transform digital agriculture by: 

  • leading product strategy and engineering roadmaps with product owners to deliver simple and seamless software
  • engaging in the sales and marketing strategy development process and tactical initiatives with leadership
  • being a leader on the US Seeds Digital team and acting as a change agent within the organization






  • Interact directly with internal Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations team with a focus on customer experience
  • Coordinate the business needs of the brands to streamline internal processes and tools
  • Integrate systems and data to align key metrics from multiple platforms into meaningful insight
  • Partner with the Global Salesforce Center of Excellence in the leveraging of supporting Sales, Service, Marketing & Supply Chain
  • Meet weekly with Product Owners and other DELs to ensure alignment on overall digital strategy


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Platform Support and Operational Planning
  • Demonstrated experience advising farmers on commercial corn and soybean production

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Anaplan
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions to deliver for the customer and drive results
  • Understanding of the key business drivers for profitable growth
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to effectively deliver results with cross functional teams
