The Opportunity

Ag Leader is seeking an additional member of our Manufacturing Engineering Team to assist with data interpretation and testing. This person will serve an important role as interceder between engineering and manufacturing, identifying errors and validating lean processes.

The Right Person Will

  • Be detail-oriented and able to focus on data for long periods of time
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to proactively gather and communicate information effectively
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and the ability to analyze information to recommend the best solution and/or resolve issues
  • Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality regarding company records
  • Be a self-starter and able to work independently


  • Retrieve and import .xml files
  • Interpret wire schematics and technical drawings
  • Data validation and comparison to technical drawings
  • Data entry maintenance
  • Data creation and collection for Work Instructions (plugging charts, plugging diagrams, photos)
  • Perform cable test harness maintenance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Windows and web browser navigation ability. Familiarity and understanding of basic computer programs
  • Basic understanding of cable testers and test harnesses
  • Ability to comprehend .xml data on a basic level
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbal, especially with engineers regarding drawings and other issues
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
