ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) Intern will work with a cross functional team to support ACE / LEAN Six Sigma deployment and implementation.

  • Participate in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement  & Lean events including follow-up implementation and/or validation tasks
  • Assist with the investigation and resolution of defects or causes of cycle time increase.
  • Work directly with and in support of Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to complete root case analysis and assist in development of countermeasures.
  • General collection and analysis of manufacturing process data
  • Assist in the review & validation of Standard Work for manufacturing tasks and activities

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • More than 2 years college / university studies completed in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations management or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline from an accredited institution.  Min GPA 3.0 required
