Job Description

Drive strategic growth and technical leadership in the Life Sciences market (medical device, pharma, biologics). You'll balance 70% new business development with 30% account expansion, establishing trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives. Lead multi-functional teams through complex sales cycles, lead sophisticated RFP/RFQ responses, and guide customers on Digital Twin and Industrial Metaverse capabilities. Your deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, PLM solutions, and life sciences operations will be critical to winning new logos and growing customer footprints.

Key Responsibilities

Account Strategy & New Business Development

Drive new logo acquisition by discovering, qualifying, and pursuing enterprise accounts in medical device, biologics, and process industries
Build and lead a robust pipeline of qualified technical opportunities through targeted campaigns, strategic relationship development, and industry networking
Conduct deep-dive discovery and needs analysis with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers to align Siemens solutions with quantifiable business outcomes
Accelerate deal closure by developing compelling value propositions tied to customer business objectives
Technical Leadership & Trusted Advisory

Establish trusted advisor partnerships by guiding customers on Digital Twin Composer capabilities and Industrial Metaverse strategies
Gather, analyze, and advise customers on high-level business and technical requirements across product development, operations, manufacturing, and lifecycle processes
Lead and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams (sales, presales, solutions consultants, customer success, and partners) through coordinated technical sales strategies
Lead technical team responses to sophisticated RFI, RFP/RFQ, technical demonstrations, and Proof of Concept evaluations
Implementation Oversight & Account Health

Coordinate and guide customers through successful implementation of Siemens solutions, ensuring alignment with original business cases
Establish and coordinate regular client technical and management review boards to supervise account health and coordinate resolution resources
Maintain accurate Salesforce dashboards of all active customer opportunities, monitoring status, technical maturity, effort, and case realization
Qualifications

Required

8+ years of enterprise software technical sales, consulting, or account management experience with consistent record in SaaS or hybrid SaaS models
Deep experience in life sciences (medical device, pharma, biologics, or clinical trials) including understanding of sector-specific operational challenges, compliance, and procurement processes
5+ years of hands-on experience with development, simulation, or manufacturing methods; specialist-level expertise with Siemens Xcelerator Portfolio or similar enterprise application suites
Minimum 5 years' experience designing, deploying, or managing SaaS environments within enterprise-scale organizations
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams of technical and business consultants through sophisticated deployments and selection processes
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with proven ability to independently establish relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives

Preferred

Deep familiarity with Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Mendix, or digital manufacturing solutions
Strong background in account-based selling, structured territory management, and CRM/Salesforce best practices
Knowledge of emerging industrial software market trends, competitive landscapes, and cloud-based simulation architectures
MBA or equivalent advanced business education
Time Zone:  Preferrable Eastern or Central US
