The Park
ISU Research Park is an expansive complex of buildings, lots and business centers based in Ames, Iowa. Working in conjunction with Iowa State University, the Park serves multiple scientific, technological and entrepreneurial interests from one place.
Tenant Facilities

Multi-tenant Facilities. We focus on what you do best – ISU RP staff handles the rest Range from 500-21,000 sq. ft. conference rooms, A/V equipment and property management services. See our interactive map.
Biotech Wet-lab Incubator. 8,000 square feet of lab space (in 300-2,000 sq. ft. allotments) for growth and development. Amenities include fume hoods, sinks, eyewashes, purified water, shared autoclave, centrifuge, freezer, tissue culture hoods and more. Custom build-out available. Single-use Buildings / Lots. Buildings and land are available for sale or for lease for individual entities and research groups. Ready for occupancy sites available or can build to suit. Lots range from 2.65-8.53 acres. Learn more about available buildings and lots.
Park Facilities
In addition to the shared and private labs and workspaces listed above, the following offices and resource centers are also available to tenants of the Park as conveniences.
ISU Research Park Headquarters. On-site staff available to answer questions, meet property management needs, expand your capabilities, answer questions, locate financing, etc. Contact the ISU Research Park team.
Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship. A gateway that brings the Park’s entrepreneurial community together with ISU faculty, researchers, students and resources. Learn more about the Pappajohn Center.
