As a Field Readiness Training Manager, you will work side by side with the Product Marketing, Domain Experts and our Marketing teams to create and present in-depth training on product features, sales methodology, and marketing campaigns to maximize our Sales team’s knowledge and expertise.

2020 Summer – User Experience Design Intern

Workiva is reinventing financial and managerial reporting. Our cloud-based applications enable real-time collaboration for the most important and challenging reports, including SEC filings. What You’ll Do:

User Experience Interns at Workiva are empowered to help to design and prototype superior user experiences across the entire product suite. UX Interns work closely with senior Designers, Customers, Engineers, Product Managers and User Researchers to discover, validate, design, prototype, test, and iterate on products that ship continuously.

Workiva’s Product Managers are the glue holding our business and technology strategies together.  They are charged with listening to our customers, understanding our business, and collaborating with our full product development teams to build groundbreaking solutions that empower our customers to get their jobs done quickly and right.  

As a Product Manager Intern, you will dive right in and tackle real problems facing our customers and our business.  With plenty of support and collaboration along the way, we will task you with digging into and evaluating a problem, talking with customers and internal stakeholders, proposing and refining a solution, and working with our development team to build and release it.  You can expect an action-packed and real-world experience of which you will be proud.


2020 Spring – Sales Training Intern

Making sure our team members are well equipped for success is an essential key to our success here at Workiva.  Our field readiness team has a group of individuals whose sole purpose is to make sure that our salespeople are always prepared for the field.  Through extensive training on industry intel, skill building, and overall sales processes, our Field Readiness team works tirelessly to support the needs of our salespeople.  


Quality Assurance Analyst

Working as a Quality Assurance Analyst on an agile development  team, you’ll use and build cutting-edge testing tools to plan and conduct functional and acceptance testing of our software products. You’ll use testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure that we provide the best possible experience to our customers through quality-driven products.

This position joins a team building services and features for Workiva’s Text Document Experience.  We also routinely work on improving performance, user efficiency, and user experience in the application. Workiva uses a tight feedback loop with customers to re-prioritize work accordingly in an Agile development process. We’re committed to solving real customer problems and use this feedback loop to ensure we’re delighting them with our solutions.


Site Reliability Engineer

Workiva’s Site Reliability Engineering team is looking for experienced software developers who wish to expand their background to Site Reliability Engineering. As a member of our Site Reliability Engineering team you will work to increase and maintain our SaaS product’s availability, focusing on exceeding our customers uptime requirements. In order to achieve the greatest availability possible, Site Reliability Engineers develop tools, systems and automation to help monitor, measure, manage and make transparent, our cloud-based operations.

The Data Scientist supports the Customer Analytics team, analyzing and answering questions regarding a wide variety of information. This person synthesizes data to help answer business questions and make informed business decisions.
