Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst is the internal liaison between the Sales and Services teams and other strategic partners in Workiva, specifically in Finance and Accounting, Customer Success, Client Services, Professional Services, Marketing, and Legal. The Operations Analyst supports the services and sales businesses and is responsible for the reporting, analytics and forecasting of sales & services efforts within Workiva.

IT Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist maintains the fixed asset inventory process within Workiva, ensuring that all fixed asset equipment is properly ordered, received, and inventoried. This position interacts with remote users, employees who work from home, office managers, and remote IT team members to verify stock amounts.  Excellent organization, communication, and detail-oriented skills are required for all duties related to this position.
