Join a dynamic creative team developing marketing communications for a leading brand. The Jr. Graphic Designer is responsible for cohesive graphic design solutions (25%) and production (75%) across all touchpoints – including but not limited to print ads, brochures, digital, social media, photography retouching, cropping and formatting. Informed by rigorous branding guidelines, you will also help manage the visual identity of the Pella brand while creating work that informs and engages target audiences across multiple segments. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative designer with an eye for detail and exceptional communication skills. You’ll work collaboratively with the creative team, media/advertising agency partners, distribution channel partners, Pella’s marketing department personnel and outside suppliers to develop original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.
