Project Manager

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team.  Reporting to Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for delivering the project within established goals for quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, safety and customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate with others, lead under difficult circumstances, direct the work of others and be able to take critical feedback on performance of your project. You will become your own boss by driving and managing the success of your project as it relates to budget, employee and sub-contractor management, and scheduling of project operations. We’re looking for individuals with experience and background in the following areas: commercial food processing/handling operation, office buildings, agricultural livestock confinement facilities and hotels.

Position Summary

Reporting to Preconstruction Director and Senior Estimator, this position is responsible for estimating projects, development of complete estimates, bid day evaluations, pricing, quantity take offs, bid solicitations, as well as assisting others in the estimate development.

Senior Estimator

Position Summary

Reporting to Preconstruction Director, this position is responsible for leading the team on a variety of project types and delivery methods, bid day evaluations, pricing, as well as assisting other teams in estimate development. This person is known as the estimating expert on the team and can communicate reasons for cost fluctuations, scope differences, etc. to the team.

This position demands a “roll up your sleeves,” continuous improvement spirit with an entrepreneurial understanding that represents the shareholder, leadership/management of the company.

The preferred candidate will come from an agricultural or construction/manufacturing/operations background, with experience in a moderate to fast growth company that strives to meet their mission and vision, yet embraces change and remains opportunistic.
