We have a great opportunity for a Superintendent to join our team. This is a field management role providing supervision and guidance on job-sites to ensure safety and quality standards. As the ears, eyes, and boots on the ground for the Project Management Operations team, you will drive the project forward by managing sub-contractors and vendors that are on-site to complete their tasks. We’re looking for individuals with experience and background in the following areas: commercial food processing/handling operation, convenience stores, restaurants, multifamily residential units, office buildings, agricultural livestock confinement facilities and hotels.
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented office coordinator to join our organization. You will be the face of our company while sitting at the front desk welcoming employees and visitors. You’ll coordinate office tasks to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk management, answering phones, maintaining office supplies and vending, scheduling meetings and appointments and supporting travel requests. We’re also looking forward to bringing on a team player, someone willing to jump in and support tasks and contribute to projects across multiple departments including accounting, human resources, marketing, and operations.
We are looking to add a Project Accounting Specialist to our team that will be responsible for general clerical and administrative duties supporting Accounts Payable and Contract Administration. Daily responsibilities may include general processing, record-keeping and reporting duties for office team and management staff. A keen eye for reviewing certificates of insurance, processing lien waivers and applying contract documents to vendor accounts will be required. A successful candidate will have a background in construction, contract administration, and accounting support. Experience with Sage300 and Timberscan is preferred.
