In addition to strong basic software engineering skills, the successful graduate intern candidate has the potential to contribute to ongoing projects, and should have experience or interest in some of the underlying relevant technologies such as:
- architectural modeling and analysis
- automated safety analysis
- automated theorem proving
- language development
- high assurance microkernels
- SMT solvers
- assured hardware/software generation
- automated vulnerability detection
- mathematical specification
Theinternwill work with the Trusted Systems research team to develop and demonstrate new methods for gaining assurance
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing an advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Requires permanent residency (green card) or US citizenship.
