Sales Support Analyst

Workiva is searching for motivated Sales Support Analyst to join our growing team. The Sales Support Analyst is a non-customer facing role that is responsible for providing support to Sales team members by researching sales opportunities and administratively managing the sale from beginning to end. This position will work with internal teams by providing customer information to stakeholders and will be a key contributor to ensuring Workiva sales are turned around quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Researching, building, and managing sales opportunities from pricing to the order being signed
  • Providing data and order management on contract negotiations and current sales opportunities
  • Maintaining a centralized clearing house for sales research and transactions
  • Fostering key stakeholder relationships with Sales, Accounting, and Legal and teams to ensure sales opportunities are moving forward
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing training

What You’ll Need:

  • B.A./B.S. degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a sales environment preferred
  • High-level ability to focus on details
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at one time
  • Ability to organize priorities and follow through in a timely fashion
