Inside Sales & Account Manager – Proagrica – Oklahoma City, Atlanta, Stillwater, OK, Ames, IA, or Chicago 

Proagrica requires an Inside Sales & Account Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and the confidence to cold call senior executives and C Level staff. Inside sales including but not limited to up-stream and cross-stream selling and working to KPIs are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional sales skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience cultivating new business relationships and using proven methods to enhance customer retention and growth.

Responsibilities: 

Contact prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful sale

Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects

Follow up with past customers and cross sell products

Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition, and positioning

Work to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by management

Enter all required data, for sales, into the company system and updating the CRM

Provide assistance to other members of the sales team

Special projects as they present themselves

Background/Requirements:

BA or BS degree preferred

Five years of experience in technical sales, primarily over the phone

Technical skills required to understand and propose products by identifying and focusing on client requirements

Development or analytics background, experience with EDI/iPaaS and analytics solutions a plus

Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner

Superior online presentation skills using tools like Skype, Webex, Glance, etc.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

Strong relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage conflict and high stress situations

Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds

Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
