Provides technical support to Operations in the form of enabling and improving the flow of manufacturing utilizing the disciplines of industrial and mechanical engineering. Assignments range from straightforward and reactionary in nature to complex and strategic. Uses independent judgment to make decisions in day-to-day job responsibilities the majority of the time under general supervision of an IE mentor. This position will interface closely with Test Technicians, IEs, PMs, IE Tech, PC, QE and program engineering. This position may assist with capital projects. This position manages risk of changes through change control. This position will require good judgement, data analysis, strong listening and communication skills.
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited institution
- Must have GPA of 3.0
- Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework
