We are looking to hire an intern to join our Engineering Support team in our Avionics organization.

So what will our intern be doing during this internship?

Our Avionics organization wants to ensure that ALL student employees have a wonderful experience working in our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. To help make that happen, we need an organized, detailed & highly energized intern to help execute summer programming.

As our intern, you will create, plan and execute events for our (literally hundreds) of interns that will be working with us this summer. Historical programming has included:

  • New hire orientation
  • Lunch and Learns
  • Professional development trainings
  • Social Events
  • And much more

To ensure desired and quality programming, our intern will work to facilitate feedback surveys and discussions. Providing quantitative feedback to the programs manager.

Qualified candidates must be pursuing an applicable degree and demonstrate the skills to execute the job.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in both Google Suite & Microsoft products

Our intern will work in the greater Engineering Support team, so we may want our intern to support other programs as needed. The programs could include our Summer Engineering Projects Program, Engineer of the Year, on-boarding, and much more.
