Responsibilities:

– Build a dealer network of influential individuals in the area

– Aggressive marketing and sales of the company’s corn, soybean, alfalfa, sorghum, and sunflower products

– Establish and build effective customer relationships

– Work with customers to enhance the profitability of their business through sales and use of our products

– Ability to lead grower meetings and connect with customers

– Provide communication between the customer and business management team

– Work closely with team members to solve complex customer issues

– Provide critical input to the business management team

– Represent NuTech Seed as you demonstrate your knowledge of the business

 

Qualifications/Experience:

– A minimum of 3 years of agricultural input sales experience

– Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

– Computer skills required to manage accounts- candidates will be required to use software/intranet to generate reports, inventory data, access NuTech Seed information and complete administrative duties

– Participation and attendance is expected at national, regional and local team meetings with the possibility of overnight travel

– Strong agronomic background required, CCA certified preferred

– Previous leadership/management experience preferred
