McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Population Health Data Analyst for its Ames location. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement clinical analytics and reporting to support population health management and care coordination in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Value Behaviors. Serves as a resource to physicians and staff in managing resources to meet quality and financial goals for population health/accountable care initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or clinical informatics, OR
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum two years experience in healthcare informatics or analytics
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Experience with clinical analytics supporting population health, care coordination, and/or disease management programs preferred.
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred.
