McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Systems Specialist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Technician responsible for imaging, configuring, deploying, and supporting new desktops and laptops as part of a Windows 10 enterprise deployment/migration at all McFarland locations in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s customer service standards.
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
- Associate degree in Information Systems or related curriculum, or equivalent related experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Days: Monday – Friday. Flexible scheduling
Hours: Looking for someone with at most 24 hours of availability per week, with some of those hours between 8 AM – 5 PM
- Experience with Windows 7 & 10 installation and administration.
- Hardware and application installation and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in a customer service type role with strong customer service skills desirable.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment with demonstrated attention to detail to execute work properly the first time.
