Workiva is seeking a Marketing Program Management Intern to join our Corporate Marketing Team.  This intern will assist the Marketing department with special projects. This intern will help with a variety of tasks related to analyzing data, building reports, and making sure all corporate marketing projects are on schedule. If you’re pursuing your degree in marketing and want an internship that will give you a well rounded experience of working with an entire team, this is the internship for you!

What You’ll do:

  • Provide assistance in tracking project progression weekly
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload and ensuring the completion of each project under tight deadlines
  • Provide regular updates on the progress and pitfalls of all major projects
  • Manage the day-to-day information exchange with all internal resources for detailed specifications, materials due dates, reviews, edits and approvals
  • Works with the Marketing Operations team and Corporate Marketing Channel Teams on obtaining key metrics as needed
  • Provides analysis and key learnings
  • Assistance with the approval process as necessary
  • Pulling various reports and analyzing data

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be pursuing business, marketing or communications degree
  • Excellent business communications skills, both written and verbal
  • An interest in analyzing data from several sources
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously
  • Self-empowered leader who can work independently and as a part of a team
